Project Summary
Works to the existing single storey reinforced concrete building housing the Delices Primary School within this project, to comprise upgrade works to the concrete roof, improvement to the electrical and plumbing systems and the replacement of vent blocks with solid walls and windows. Beautification works (general uplift and refurbishment of all rooms and exterior of the entire building) to be undertaken to include, but not limited to, new toilets, showers, sinks, windows, doors, cupboards, shelves, painting to walls, ceilings, doors and cupboards, and tiling of walls and floors. The reconstructed and upgraded structures to accommodate an early childhood unit, principal's office and staff room, and repurposed rooms to house classrooms, a laboratory, library, and washroom.
