Project Summary
Works within this project, to the existing single storey reinforced concrete building housing the Morne Jaune Primary School, to comprise upgrade works to the concrete roof, improvement to the electrical and plumbing system and the replacement of vent blocks with solid walls and windows. The works to also include the new construction of a building block of Gross Internal Floor Area (GIFA) of approximately 1,500 sq. ft. to accommodate an early childhood unit, principal’s office with kitchenette, infirmary, storeroom and washroom. The exterior upgrade works to include improved drainage and treatment for termites.
